At Diaspo Networks we strive to make your shopping experience easy. If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from Diaspo Networks please simply return it to us unopened and in its original condition with your Order Reference Number on or before 30 days of dispatch.
Products purchased from diasponetworks.co.za, may be eligible for refund, exchange, or a Coupon Code within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If your product is eligible for a return, you will be responsible for shipping charges. If your item has been opened or used, return restrictions will apply.
Used or opened products will be eligible for exchange or refund at 15% Cost to customer and it’s not negotiable.

If your purchase got a product manufacturer warranty you will be requested to take it directly to the manufacture which will be quicker or we book with us and we will take it to the manufacture within 7 working days, please follow their return policy for refunds.
